Requirements

• Several years of professional experience: in logistics, receipt of goods or warehouse management

• Initial management experience or experience in a professional management function
• Enjoy promoting employees and achieving goals together
• High personal responsibility as well as a structured and solution-oriented working method
• Good knowledge of German in words and writing
• Interest in technical equipment and IT systems
• Readiness for shift operations and on weekends
• German (very good knowledge)

Recruitment process

Requirements

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung: in Logistik, Wareneingang oder Lagerbewirtschaftung

• Abgeschlossene Berufslehre (EFZ): Detailhandelsfachperson EFZ, Logistiker*in EFZ oder vergleichbare Ausbildung

• Erste Führungserfahrung oder Erfahrung in einer fachlichen Leitungsfunktion

• Freude daran, Mitarbeitende zu fördern und gemeinsam Ziele zu erreichen

• Hohe Eigenverantwortung sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

• Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• Interesse an technischen Anlagen und IT-Systemen

• Bereitschaft für Einsätze im Schichtbetrieb sowie an Wochenenden
