- You will accompany and advise on organizational development, change and transformation projects from conception to sustainable anchoring.
- You design, develop and implement training, leadership and development formats for leaders and teams.
- You coach executives and teams and design and moderate workshops, strategy days, offsites and team developments.
- You work closely with the HR experts at group level and bring group-wide initiatives effectively to the division Switzerland.
- You are a sparring partner for our HR Business Partners and accompany them methodically in organizational development and change projects as well as in their continuous development.
- You have profound experience in organizational development and change management and think strategically and entrepreneurially.
- You convince with a high level of consulting expertise and secure stakeholder management – from management to team management.
- You have experience in the conception and design of effective leadership, training and development formats.
- You bring a strong moderation and facilitation competence and understand how to lead groups effectively through development and change processes.
