Full description

• Together in our team, you are responsible for carrying out microbiological, chemical and physical analyses of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products such as milk, whey, cream cheese and milk powder.
• Carrying out PCR analyses is also part of your job.
• You support in the functional testing of the laboratory equipment and participate in ring tests.
• You can process the daily sample input independently, controlling the sample status and capturing the samples in the system.
• All this is done in compliance with work instructions, laboratory specifications and hygiene and safety regulations.
• Your thoughtful, forward-thinking and analytical nature allows you to participate continuously in the improvement process of the laboratory.
• You have a completed vocational apprenticeship as a biology or chemical laboratory expert, at best with practical expertise in dairy laboratory analysis
• You bring a safe handling of MS Office and at best SAP.
• You are characterized by a very high sense of responsibility and quality with an independent and careful working method.
• In this position, you will also be helped by an analytical and structured way of thinking, organizational and communication skills.
• With your high willingness and flexibility, you support us with weekend and holiday assignments.
