Role overview
The Directorate of Labor Market Surveillance (DISMAT) is responsible, among other things, for combating undeclared work and implementing measures to support the free movement of persons.
It protects workers by enforcing health and safety at work (SST) standards and also regulates the work of migrants.

Company and context
- As a labor inspector, you will check compliance with working conditions and the organization of health and safety prevention in industrial and non-industrial companies in accordance with the LTr, LAA, and MSST directive.
- You will promote workplace safety and health in companies and examine the compliance of company premises plans in order to issue permits.
- Finally, you will also contribute to the detection of violations related to the LTN.
- Check compliance with working conditions and the organization of health and safety prevention in industrial and non-industrial companies in accordance with the LTr, LAA, and MSST directive;
- Promote workplace safety and health in companies;
- Examine the compliance of company premises plans and issue permits;
- Contribute to the detection of violations related to the LTN;
- Carry out any task or mission assigned by the hierarchy.
