This is what awaits you: As a KV learner or learner, you will be part of the team of the general agency Lucerne from your first day on. You will get to know the insurance industry first hand and support us in our daily work.
You can do this with us: At the center of your apprenticeship is your training as a commercial employee in the private insurance industry.
Through different departmental changes you get a comprehensive insight into the insurance world and learn the work routine step by step thanks to your curious and open nature.
We will not leave you alone. An instructor will accompany you during your training and help you to get to know the different facets of your everyday life.
You will be able to

Working with us: You will receive a three-year basic training in the insurance industry with a varied training programme and individual support.
