As a knowledge manager in the library of the Swiss Paraplegic Group (SPG), you combine library and information services with digital knowledge transfer. You develop attractive offers for employees, patients and relatives and strengthen the knowledge transfer within the SPG.

Tasks: Literature and media management • Co-maintain digital and physical literature stock and further develop it as needed • Procure, develop and maintain specialist literature and media • Processing requests from patients and relatives and accompanying volunteers Knowledge management and knowledge transfer • Structuring, preparing and providing knowledge content appropriate to target groups • Support in the implementation and preparation and follow-up of training courses, consultations, workshops and digital learning formats • Support departments in the documentation and transfer of knowledge Digitalisation • Maintain and further develop digital knowledge platforms and intranet sites • Actively shaping the digitalization of services and processes Requirements • Information, knowledge, education or commercial training • Initial experience in library, information, knowledge or education • Secure handling of digital tools e.g. research tools, specialist databases and Microsoft 365 as well as AI application knowledge • Willingness to change, high willingness to shape and joy in communicating knowledge in a structured, comprehensible and practical manner • Reliable, independent, solution-oriented working method as well as strong teamwork for an appreciative approach in cooperation • Stylistic German; French and English skills are beneficial We offer: You not only expect attractive employment conditions, but also numerous other advantages.
