- Own and further develop the Engineering Document Management System (EDMS) and related knowledge management platforms

- Build, maintain, and continuously improve a centralized technical knowledge repository
- Capture, structure, and preserve technical know-how and best practices from global and local stakeholders
- Define and maintain standards, processes, and governance for technical documentation and product data
- Drive product data quality initiatives and establish clear ownership and governance models
- Analyze technical and business data to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement potential
- Translate data and information into actionable insights supporting business decisions
- Lead the evaluation, implementation, and adoption of digital and AI-based solutions to improve efficiency and knowledge accessibility
- Partner with Technical, Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and IT teams to implement scalable knowledge and data management processes
