Junior Project Manager Construction and Maintenance Our diverse logistics buildings and building technology facilities are monitored and controlled by a central department at the Altishofen site. For the support of the various systems and the processing of projects in this area, we are looking for you as Junior Project Manager Construction and Maintenance (a) to strengthen the team. Task area
- Independent management of partial and total projects in the new and conversion sector
- Execution scheduling, construction site logistics and cost planning and tracking
- Maintaining building meetings including logging
- You create construction/service descriptions and tenders
- You coordinate the specialist planners and internal and external craftsmen
- You organize and supervise work on the construction site and ensure compliance with our quality requirements
- You monitor the standards and safety regulations, deadlines and costs
- You hand over the construction project including defects and guarantee acceptance
Requirement profile
- Completed training in construction
- Ideally, first professional experience in construction management or in a comparable function
- Further training in the field of construction management, construction planning or construction management is advantageous
- Independent, structured and responsible working methods coupled with assertiveness
- Strong cost and quality awareness as well as high team and communication skills
- High social skills, leadership and rapid comprehension
- Practice-oriented personality with hands-on mentality and focus on order and safety on the construction site
- Willingness to travel, mainly within Switzerland
- Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
- Further language skills are advantageous
