Tasks

  • Taking over the recruiting processes from the advertisement to the employment for the logistics locations Dietikon, Spreitenbach and Wangen near Olten
  • Recruiting personnel at the right level and in a timely manner in collaboration with line managers, including conducting interviews
  • Supporting the HR business partner in other HR processes as well as administrative activities
  • Requirements
  • Training or further education as an HR clerk/assistant or comparable further training
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written German
  • First professional experience as an HR recruiter or in HR administration
  • Independent, pragmatic and winning personality
  • Enjoy approaching people and communicating appropriately at different management levels
  • High flexibility and willingness to move regularly between your three locations (Dietikon, Spreitenbach and Wangen b.
