Role overview

We are expanding our pension planning: for Raiffeisenbank Tägerwilen we are looking for an independent, committed and service-oriented personality as Junior Financial Planner 80-100% (w/m/d).

Main responsibilities

  • Conduct initial interviews: holistic and customer-centric 360-degree analysis of needs for identifying financial customer needs and maximising customer potential
  • Development of solutions that address the individual needs, objectives, wishes and life situations of the customers
  • Competent and holistic financial planning in compliance with the Bank's strategic objectives and regulatory requirements
  • Cooperation and planning of target group-specific market management measures, in particular in campaigns, meetings, events and representative tasks
  • proactive support of our customer consultants: help with customer book planning and discover new potentials together your commitment makes the difference
  • Do you not have any experience in these areas?
  • We are happy to support you in developing yourself. Requirements Completed training as financial planner
  • Professional experience in financial and pension planning in banking is advantageous
  • Ideally experience with the financial planning software Allfina and Logismata
  • motivation to develop the department of financial and pension planning successfully in the future together with the team
