Role overview

  • Administrative processing of procurement and financial processes and performance accounting
  • Creating general correspondence, presentations and organizing sessions and events
  • Configuration of creditor bills in Stv. and according to order
  • Creating debitor accounts
  • Recording, tripping and forwarding of fault messages
  • Support of material and performance order via SAP incl. Cost control and order management system (CAFM)
  • Complete basic commercial training
  • Good technical understanding and ideal knowledge of facility management
  • Communicative personality with high service orientation
  • Flexibility, resilience and solution-oriented thinking and action
  • Very good MS Office knowledge and good SAP skills
  • Very good knowledge of German, any other language of advantage
