In just 18 months, the Sales Excellence Program will teach you all the important skills in both administrative and customer consulting to successfully gain a foothold in the field.
You will be introduced by three mentors to this exciting field of work for you and will experience the ideal start.

- attracting new customers and building up a separate customer base agreement of consultation dates
Main responsibilities
- Telephone and personal consultation and sales interviews for private customers (non-life)
- attracting new customers and building up a separate customer base agreement of consultation dates
- support of insurance and pension consultants:inside in the market processing and in the intermediary care
- active telephone acquisitions on behalf of pension and insurance consultants:inside
- support in planning and implementing marketing activities
- active participation in basic training requirements:
- recently completed training (teachership/maturity/study)
- Experience in customer contact in the field of insurance and/or call center – out-bound advantage
- High communication ability, strong sales affinity and empathy
- Self-discipline, self-motivation, and team skills
