ParaWork also accompanies people with paraplegia or mobility restrictions after inpatient rehabilitation when they return to school, vocational training or work and the world of work. The implementation of the work is closely aligned with the principles of Supported Employment (SE) and Supported Education (SEd) Switzerland.

The job coaching team works in the office in Nottwil and in the home office, enabling flexible, location-independent and efficient support processes. Tasks: • Need-based advice and support of clients in professional integration after their rehabilitation • Coordination of the concerns of clients and system partners (employer, school, guarantor, insurance, ambulatorium SPZ) • Job acquisition for and with clients • Coaching of employers and moderation of round table talks on site • Responsible for the comprehensive documentation and administration of protocols and reports Requirements • Basic education or social training and ideally further education in the field of job coaching or work integration • Several years of professional experience in vocational integration • Sound social security skills • Knowledge of French in word of advantage • Strong empathy and communication skills • Delight in independent case management and self-organized work • High mobility and flexibility for working in the field service (all German-speaking Switzerland) We offer: You not only expect attractive employment conditions, but also numerous other advantages.
