• Preparation, implementation and follow-up of the teaching (Japanese A1-B2)
• Practically oriented teaching according to adult education criteria
• Lesson structure taking into account the different requirements of the participants
• Regular consultation with your contact persons of the club school (D)
• Participation in further training

Requisiti

• Exercised experience in adult education: in the relevant subject area or in a comparable function
• Completed basic or further education: Language didactic training, preferred by SVEB I
• German (flowing): Japanese native language level or menu.

Level C2

• Customer-oriented, well-kept and courteous appearance
• Self-employed, flexible and reliable personality
• Communicate expertise in a varied, participant- and goal-oriented manner and inspire enthusiasm
• SVEB certificate Trainer/trainer or analog training
• Ability to integrate digital media into the classroom
• A readiness to teach both locally and online
