- Leadership and coordination of the clinic support team as well as ensuring daily IT operations
- Support for workplace IT, user onboarding and lifecycle management
- Cooperation with external IT service providers and infrastructure partners as well as continuous improvement of processes and service quality Projects & further development
- Management and coordination of operational IT projects as well as implementation and optimization of clinical and administrative systems
- Coordination of implementations with departments and internal stakeholders
- Participation in building sustainable standards, governance and support structures Data Protection & Compliance
- Operational coordination of data protection and compliance activities
- Cooperation with external data protection and compliance specialists The function does not assume the formal role of the Data Protection Officer.
Requirements
- Experience in IT operations, service management or infrastructure coordination
- Good technical understanding of workplace IT and operational support
- Experience in project coordination and process optimisation
- Structured, independent and responsible functioning
- Strong communication and coordination capabilities
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Studies in computer science, business informatics, medical informatics or a related field
- Experience in healthcare or in a regulated environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, endpoint management, identity management or the operation of IT infrastructures
- Experience with GDPR or operational compliance processes
- Interest in healthcare technology, digital transformation and AI
