The professional support of customer relationships is of central importance for CONCORDIA. For this we have a state-of-the-art CRM from BSI in use. For the continuous development and operation of the CRM solution, we are looking for you. This is what awaits you

• In the role of IT Application Manager CRM, you work in an agile setup and carry technical responsibility.
• Together with your teammates, you will ensure the operation, maintenance and further development of the CRM solution on a modern OpenShift platform.
• Support of the application landscape around the CRM solution, including the associated interfaces.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the functionalities provided work smoothly and performantly during operation and implement appropriate improvements if necessary. You have an active role in deployment, operation and error analysis.
• For the further development of the highly configurable BSI-CRM solution, you analyze new requirements in coordination with the business analysis and create the technical specification. You then implement the configurable requirements independently, and order further adjustments from the supplier.
• In close cooperation with the Product Owner, you create the application roadmap and deliver it to the CONCORDIA releases, taking into account all required quality features.
• You will develop an understanding of end-to-end processes and can advise the business on optimizations and improvements.

• In-depth training in computer science with a tertiary degree (HF, FH or university) or comparable professional experience.
• Quick comprehension, structured working methods, high quality awareness and communication.
• You bring an agile mindset. Lifelong learning, openness to new things and a positive and solution-oriented thinking – that’s you.
• Practical experience in agile working methods round off your profile.
• Programming skills in Java or .NET and experience in web and container technologies with k8s or OpenShift are beneficial.
• You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing (group language). Very good English skills are a plus.
