Company and context
- As stakeholder managers, we work closely with a large number of departments outside of Clinical Supply (Technical Development, Clinical Operations, various regulatory and quality teams), incorporate their needs into our planning activities and represent the Clinical Supply area to customer organizations.
- As matrix leaders and those responsible for planning within Clinical Supply, we work closely with the internal teams that are responsible for the operational implementation of sourcing, packaging, shipping and release based on our supply plan.
