Are you looking for a versatile hub function with close contact to sales, customer service and workshop? Then, in our Concrete Technology division, you can expect an exciting area of work with a lot of room for manoeuvre and development potential. These are your tasks

• Prepare, trigger, monitor and control customer invoices
• You record and control times for the billing of service technicians and workshop employees
• You create offers, calculations and order confirmations up to the delivery note
• You handle orders with the delivery works independently
• You handle warranty and goodwill cases in cooperation with the manufacturer’s factories
• You book foreign invoices and burden them on the corresponding orders
• You accompany and support the training of learners temporarily if necessary You bring that with you
• You have a basic technical or commercial education related to a technical environment
• You communicate very well in German. French and English skills are a plus
• You have good MS Office skills
• You work structured, conscientious and reliable
• You are resilient, bring your own initiative and actively seek solutions
