You can make this contribution

• As an authorized examiner (certification), certify the repairs carried out and the readiness to fly, monitor controls and lead the transfer of the aircraft to the pilots (group leader)

• Complete maintenance, repair and maintenance of the aircraft and flight-related ground systems

• Configuration changes, adjustment and calibration work incl. Implement payloads and sensors

• Create the flight readiness and re-establishment of the systems (including troubleshooting) as well as administratively plan and manage ground logistics

• Teaching as a specialist teacher and managing technical documents (English)

• Vocational training as an automotive mechatronic engineer, automatic engineer, polymechanic or equivalent basic technical training, specialised in aircraft maintenance

• Personal responsibility and absolute reliability

• Open personality with pleasure in teamwork

• Verbal and written knowledge of a second official language and very good knowledge of English

Your commitment to security and freedom The Command Operations (Kdo Op) is responsible for all military operations and operations of the Swiss Army. The Kdo Op includes the Luftwaffe, the Army, the four territorial divisions, the SWISSINT Competence Center, the Special Forces Command and the Military Police. Around 40% of the approximately 2,500 employees are civil employees – from engineers to aircraft mechanics to analysts.
