Tasks: • They work in our brand new Virtual Care Unit, which is at the forefront of digital healthcare. The people to be treated are virtually cared for around the clock • They monitor and monitor our patients in real time using the latest remote monitoring and video technology • You also conduct on-demand video consultations to support and advise Bedside Nurses throughout the treatment and care process. • The analysis of the collected data to support clinical decisions and optimize patient care in cooperation with the medical service of the respective disciplines complements Your field of activity • Be part of a new team that continuously develops and implements new treatment models with the specialist areas to revolutionize patient care Requirements • You have extensive and long-standing knowledge as a Dipl. Care professional HF as well as in specialized areas such as emergency care and/or intensive care • They have experience in the treatment and care of patients, in particular cardiology, general internal medicine and neurology • We benefit from your in-depth expertise with the clinic information system Epic and telemedicine platforms, including high IT affinity, which is actively exemplified and expected.
