We are looking for reinforcements for our 8th floor bed department with a total focus on acute geriatrics with a total of 20 beds, immediately or by appointment. Tasks:

• As the zone manager, you will be responsible for coordinating care and the care process in interprofessional collaboration. In doing so, you promote interdisciplinary exchange and thus make a significant contribution to the holistic care of patients
• The well-being of our patients is your focus and you work closely with the patients' relatives
• Your active participation in change processes and team development rounds off your field of activity
• Your commitment to the instruction, support and assessment of trainees is of great importance. You promote their professional and personal development through targeted support, constructive feedback and an appreciative learning atmosphere. Requirements:
• You have completed training as a qualified HF/FH nursing specialist. You have the necessary knowledge and practical skills to act professionally even in demanding situations
• You have strong social skills in dealing with geriatric patients and their relatives and approach them with empathy, appreciation and empathy
• You master challenging situations with a clear head and a secure overview, which underlines your ability to work under pressure
