You promote interdisciplinary exchange and thus make a significant contribution to the holistic care of patients. • As a vocational trainer, you accompany and promote our trainees in their professional and personal development. Provide targeted guidance, constructive feedback and an appreciative learning atmosphere You make an important contribution to the implementation of our educational mission Requirements • They have training as a qualified nurse HF/FH and act competently and safely even in demanding situations. Ideally, you will bring experience in vocational training as well as a corresponding further education or are ready to complete it. • In a dynamic working environment, you also keep an overview under pressure.
