Area of activity
- Customer service: handling telephone and electronic customer requests
- Interface function: Link to internal and external bodies and suppliers
- Customer advice: contact person for online ordering, services, shipping and transport issues
- Data and system maintenance: Maintaining and editing information and data in Zendesk, SAP and CRM
- Administration: Processing of demanding administrative tasks

- Professional experience: service sector or after sales, benefiting from the furniture industry
