What you do

• You will support several lawyers in preliminary and judicial proceedings, especially in the electronic processing of administrative correspondence.
• The management of business cases in various systems and the collection and compilation of files for legal proceedings are carried out independently.
• You are responsible for the drafting and sending of legal documents as well as the timely execution of mandate letters and powers of attorney.
• You check bills and monitor payment transactions.
• Providing telephone and written information as well as making clarifications is also part of your area of responsibility.
• You handle the foreign recourse and take care of the accounting and booking of invoices.
• You can expect a multilingual working day in German and French in our trilingual team. What you bring
• You have a completed commercial basic education or an equivalent qualification.
• Your knowledge of German is very good. French is a language you understand and speak well. Knowledge of Italian is an advantage.
• Ideally, you will bring professional experience in a law office, court or in the legal department of a social insurance company.
• You have very good user knowledge in MS Office.
• You are accustomed to working carefully and accurately and set the right priorities.
• Your self-management and organizational ability are strong and your flexibility makes you a valued team member.
• You are mostly on site at the Fluhmatt Lucerne in exchange with the team – HomeOffice is possible after the trial period.
