- Operation of the existing as well as configuration and further development of the new IAM suite
- Supporting UZH members by maintaining their identities, accesses, systems and interfaces
- Implementation and maintenance of processes, workflows and their automation
- Replacement of the current system with development, construction and operation of the new solution
