- Handling questions, orders and incidents related to hardware, applications, accesses or network connections
- Analyze, document and resolve cases to ensure that all requests are handled efficiently and fully
- Proactively inform our customers about the status of their requests and resolve, escalate or forward incidents as needed
- You ensure contact between the service desk and the relevant teams with whom we work closely Requirements
- Completed training as an ICT specialist / ICT specialist EFZ or a comparable qualification
- Experience in telephone support as well as a quick understanding in order to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics A pronounced customer orientation and pleasure in dealing with people
- High commitment and flexibility, even in challenging situations
