- 2nd level support in incident, problem and change management as well as in maintenance work and pikett service

- Completed training in computer science or several years of professional experience in the said environment
- Experience in application engineering, application packaging and application virtualization, for example App-V, App Volumes, MSIX or MECM
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Office products and ideally PolicyPak
- Good knowledge of PSADT and deeper knowledge of PowerShell programming
- Independent, exact and customer-oriented working methods as well as reliable oral and written knowledge of German Our offer to you
