- In close cooperation with the HR Business Partner, you accompany the areas of IT, finance and clinical cross-sectional medicine and are a reliable contact person for executives in all personnel-relevant questions.
- They advise executives competently on employment law and personnel issues and support them in challenging discussion situations, conflicts and disciplinary issues.
Main responsibilities
- In close cooperation with the HR Business Partner, you accompany the areas of IT, finance and clinical cross-sectional medicine and are a reliable contact person for executives in all personnel-relevant questions.
- They advise executives competently on employment law and personnel issues and support them in challenging discussion situations, conflicts and disciplinary issues.
- You selectively take over the recruitment and onboarding of leadership functions and contribute to attracting suitable personalities for our teams and successfully integrating them Requirements
- You have completed your studies with a focus on HR, business administration or psychology or an HR specialist certificate and have several years of experience in HR;
