For our HR Team Switzerland, we are looking for a reliable and committed personality who strengthens our HR operations as part of a maternity representation. The position is temporary until June 2027 with permanent employment option. In this role, you ensure professional HR administration along the entire employee lifecycle and support employees, managers and the HR team with high quality of service.

Your responsibilities

• Ensuring professional HR administration throughout the Employee Lifecycle, from entry through mutations to exit
• Preparation of employment contracts, contract and wage adjustments, employment certificates, employment confirmations and other personnel-related documents
• Maintaining and managing HR data and documents in SAP SuccessFactors, Abacus, Centric and SharePoint
• Management of HR e-mail inbox, triage of inquiries and support of employees and managers in administrative HR topics
• Close cooperation with HR Business Partners, Payroll as well as internal and external contacts
• Participation in the further development of HR processes, digital solutions and SharePoint content
• Participation in HR projects

Your profile

• Completed basic commercial training as well as an HR-specific further education preferably with a federal HR specialist certificate
• Several years of professional experience in an administrative HR function
• Sound MS Office knowledge, high digital affinity, experience with SAP SuccessFactors and Abacus
• Service-oriented, responsible personality with a structured and careful way of working and a high level of teamwork
• Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English advantageous
