The position offers the opportunity to actively shape HR solutions, to accompany change processes and to play a decisive role in shaping the future HR organization in an international environment. We are looking for a personality with in-depth HR experience who thinks solution-oriented and drives complex topics forward. 02 Your task Advising executives on operational and strategic HR issues Accompaniment of organizational change processes and team development in the company – Independent processing of labour law topics and ensuring professional and legally secure personnel work Accompanying performance, talent, succession and development topics as well as supporting the further development of teams Active participation in HR organization, participation in projects and development of new HR solutions in cooperation with national and international HR functions 03

04 Your profile – A successfully completed commercial basic training as well as a degree HF or FH in the field of human resources are necessary. – Several years of professional experience as an HR manager or in a comparable HR function required – In-depth knowledge of Swiss labour law is expected – Very good German and English skills are a prerequisite Comprehensive experience in all phases of the Employee Lifecycle 05 Worth knowing
