• 🌍 You take over the project responsibility for the international implementation of SmartRecruiters and its sustainable integration into the SAP SuccessFactors landscape.
• Together with your colleagues from HR and business, you develop and improve (recruiting) systems and processes.
• 💻 After successful implementation, you ensure the transition to the running business and take care of the release, incident and request management for the long-term success of the module.
• 🏆 You successfully implement further concepts and projects in the area of HR applications / SAP SuccessFactors and always focus on customer benefits and impact.

You bring that with you

• ‍🎓 You have successfully completed your studies in (economic) computer science or economics and have already gained initial experience in HR or recruiting.
• 📈 You have extensive experience in project, process and stakeholder management in an international environment and can promote this with great personal responsibility.
• ❤ A passion and high affinity for digitalization including conception, system introduction and development distinguish you.
• 🌐 You communicate fluently in English and have a good knowledge of German. Any other language is beneficial.

Requirements

• • ‍🎓 Du bringst ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit und konntest bereits erste Erfahrungen im HR oder Recruiting sammeln.
• • 📈 Du verfügst über umfassende Erfahrung im Projekt-, Prozess- und Stakeholder-Management im internationalen Umfeld und kannst diese in hoher Eigenverantwortung vorantreiben.
• • ❤ Eine Leidenschaft und hohe Affinität zur Digitalisierung inklusive Konzeption, Systemeinführung und Entwicklung zeichnen dich aus.
• • 🌐 Du kommunizierst fliessend in Englisch und hast gute Deutschkenntnisse. Jede weitere Sprache ist von Vorteil.
