- Du verfügst idealerweise über einen Hochschulabschluss in (Wirtschafts‑)Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft, Psychologie oder eine HR‑Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Personal‑/Organisationsentwicklung.
- Du hast Erfahrung mit HR‑Applikationen (idealerweise SAP SuccessFactors) sowie mit Systemeinführungen, Weiterentwicklungen und Rollouts.
- 欄 Du kannst begeistern, kommunizierst adressatengerecht und arbeitest wirkungsvoll mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen zusammen.

Application process
- 🌐 You lead and develop the strategic Talent & Succession Management (TSM) program for the Emmi Group and ensure its global application.
- 💻 Within the HR IT Circle, you will be responsible for SAP SuccessFactors Talent Modules including release, incident and request management as well as international rollouts.
- 🤝 You advise and empower HR Business Partners and executives and ensure a sustainable anchoring of processes in everyday life.
- 🔧 Together with the HR Analytics Circle, you will develop the key figures in the TSM and development area.
- 🌱 As Focus Topic Lead Employee Development, you assume responsibility in the sustainability context of the Emmi Group and are part of an interdisciplinary project team.
- 📈 You bring several years of experience in project and process management in international and interdisciplinary settings.
- 🚀 Your concept and design passion for topics such as Talent & Succession Management, Development and Digitalization set you apart.
- 💻 You have experience with HR applications (ideally SAP SuccessFactors) as well as with system introductions, further developments and rollouts.
Company and context
- 🎓 Ideally, you have a university degree in (economic) computer science, business administration, psychology or an HR education with a focus on personnel / organizational development.
