Tasks

  • You support and advise our managers proactively and on an equal footing in all personnel issues and accompany recruitment from needs analysis to successful recruitment.
  • As a coach and sparring partner, you recognize challenges at an early stage, develop pragmatic solutions and relieve managers in their day-to-day management.
  • You recognize the strengths and potentials of employees and teams, promote their development and accompanying change processes professionally and empathetically.
  • You are a trusted contact for managers and employees and also deal with demanding situations respectfully, solution-oriented and discreetly.
  • Together with the HR services team, you ensure high-quality and efficient HR administration and ensure smooth processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
  • You bring in ideas, develop HR processes and instruments and take responsibility in cross-divisional projects to strengthen a positive working culture and sustainable employee retention.

Requirements

  • Commercial basic training with further training in the HR area (Federal HR certificate or comparable qualification).
  • Several years of experience as an HR business partner as well as in-depth knowledge of Swiss labor law and along the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Strong consulting competence and pleasure in accompanying managers as sparring partners at eye level.
  • High IT affinity and openness to digital HR solutions as well as the continuous development of processes and instruments.
