Operational and strategic advice to the assigned managers on all personnel-relevant issues
Controlling the entire recruitment process – from personnel requirements planning to contracting for executives

Operational and strategic advice to the assigned managers on all personnel-relevant issues
Controlling the entire recruitment process – from personnel requirements planning to contracting for executives

Readiness to travel (decentralized HR organization)
Assistance of employees and supervisors in development, conflict, return, disciplinary and separation talks
Co-design and further development of modern HR processes and takeover of cross-divisional projects as well as support for new openings
Support in personnel and succession planning as well as in talent management processes
Planning and implementation of training, workshops and employee events Requirements
HR training completed (e.g.
HR certificate or equivalent qualification)
Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in gastronomy
Very good knowledge of Swiss labour law and HR processes
High digital and data affinity, secure handling of HR tools
