Your Task
- They solve customer support requests in the software area independently by reading log file, PLC code (structured text) or schematics
- They build test systems to recreate errors and check functions
- They work precisely and structured in the creation of tickets and in the description of error scenarios
- You are responsible for running software updates via remote and occasionally on site
- You are a technical contact for all products in the field of software
- They work together in the team with the various departments

Your profile
- SPS technician, technician HF in electrical engineering, automation or mechatronics, engineering studies or a comparable qualification
- Good knowledge of reading code (SCL, C or Basic). It does not have to be programmed
- Good experience in troubleshooting and analysis with the help of schematics
- Good PLC hardware and software knowledge
- They are team-ready, solution-oriented, work structured and can inspire themselves for new developments
- Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
