Role overview
Tasks: We are looking for committed health professionals with day-to-day responsibility for our locations in Schönegg, Steigerhubel, Lentulus and Ahornweg in the middle of the city of Bern.
You decide for yourself which house you want to work in.
Depending on the house, you will accompany and look after between 40 and 70 residents in their everyday lives.
The care we provide for our residents is varied and responsible.
With your modern understanding of care, you can master different everyday situations confidently and take responsibility for the design and implementation of the care processes.
You like to develop further, actively contribute your experience to the team and enjoy passing on your knowledge to employees and learners.

Requirements
- Training at secondary level (FaGe, FaBe, DNI, FASRK, geriatric carer, home care worker, etc.)
- Good knowledge of German
