- For our modern Tertianum Am Rietpark in the Zurich region, we are looking for a committed personality as a health specialist EFZ 50-100% on day and night duty from September 1st or by appointment.
- Holistic and individual care and support of the guests in the spirit of our care mission statement and the care process Taking on tasks as a care reference person
- Participation in the care process and in the care needs assessment with RAI for the assigned guests Control of the care process
- Electronic care documentation using CareCoach (mobile possible with CareCoach smartphone) Planning and accompanying doctor's visits Taking on day-to-day responsibility
- RAI knowledge of Advantage or willingness to attend these courses (paid) A warm and humorous attitude Enjoyment of diverse challenges
