You want to actively shape the future of technical training and make a sustainable impact on quality, safety and performance? In this key role you take overall responsibility for the technical training landscape and develop innovative learning formats for our employees. Your new challenges

• Management of the Technical Training & Information Department (incl.

Training Management, Lift Academy and Lift Camp) in terms of personnel and professional aspects

• definition and continuous development of the training strategy as well as implementation of central initiatives such as Digital Learning Ecosystem and Data-Peditional Learning
• overall responsibility for planning, controlling and budgeting the area including investments
• ensuring effective and sustainable technical training for field workers, application engineers and project technicians
• development, optimization and consistent implementation of training processes and standards incl.

Time-to-Competence - Drives the transformation of technical training towards digital, scalable and learning-effective models - Implementation of comprehensive certification management and active participation in cross-sector corporate projects

Your ideal requirements

• Completed studies (technical or business) or comparable qualifications
• Continuing education in the field of adult education of benefit as well as pronounced methodological-didactical skills
• Multi-year management experience in the field of technical training, ideally in larger organizations and matrix structures
• Well-founded technical understanding and high affinity to technical topics
• Experience in the development and implementation of training programs and modern learning formats
• High affinity to digitalization and interest in innovative learning technologies

High level of social and communication skills, structured working methods and very good German and English skills (French is an advantage)
