Requirements
- You have advanced training in the field of payroll, social insurance or human resources, several years of professional experience in a comparable function and very good knowledge of SAP HCM and MS Office. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or comparable HR systems is an advantage
- Several years of management experience as well as the ability to accompany employees in an appreciative manner, to provide orientation and to promote their professional and personal development
- They work analytically, structured and quality-consciously and recognize potential for the optimization and digitalization of processes
- Strong consulting and communication skills as well as the ability to communicate complex issues in an understandable way and to work successfully with different stakeholders
