As head of intralogistics fruits/vegetables, you are responsible for the end-to-end processes and ensure a stable, efficient, customer-oriented operation.

You lead team and shift leaders, optimize processes and systems and ensure the achievement of performance, quality, safety and cost goals.

You actively shape changes.

Main responsibilities

  • Leadership and development of team and shift leaders
  • Ensuring smooth operational operation along end-to-end processes
  • Management of resource, capacity and personnel deployment planning
  • Leadership based on KPI as well as initiation of analyses, optimizations and further development of processes (CIP)
  • Professional responsibility for systems and control of system and process requirements
  • Conduit, i.e.
  • Participation in projects and implementation of changes
  • Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and compliance requirements
  • Performing the interface function with internal and external stakeholders
