- Main tasks and responsibilities
- Strategic and operational conduct of the Infrastructure Service, its three units and approximately 30 collaborators.
- Project Portfolio Pilotage (PPM): prioritization, planning, arbitration, monitoring and reporting to the Directorate.
- Supervision of the management and implementation of renovation, alteration and development projects, as well as of the maintenance of premises.
- Support for project managers and Operations in the improvement and optimization of technical infrastructure, energy management and monitoring of buildings.
- Conduct of the Office Compliance Safety: quality responsibility for fire protection, advice and support in the safety of installations, compliance with standards and guidelines in processing and construction projects.
- Development of the standardization, standardization and business processes of the service, with the support of the assistant and quality manager.
- Management of agents and companies: tendering, compliance with applicable public procurement laws and directives, follow-up on contractual commitments.
- Preparation and presentation of budgets, accounts and indicators for the service.
- Guidance, development and support of unit managers
