- Drive and manage the service (organization, finance, team management)
- Promote and develop activities with the public, public authorities and other partners
- Manage and develop a network of private and institutional partners through the various activities related to home support services
- Manage the different cantonal and national mandates of this service in accordance with the requirements set out.
- Bachelor or Master in social activities, management or training deemed equivalent
- Experience confirmed in the operational management of an equivalent activity
- High sense of collaboration and responsibility
- French or German mother tongue with very good knowledge of the other language
- Mastery of current IT tools and management tools
- Natural leadership with several years' experience in managing a multidisciplinary team
