• Managing a team of around 60 employees (golf teachers, greenkeeping, home service, restaurant and administration)
• Promotion and marketing of an attractive appearance of the golf park
• Planning and coordination of all organizational processes of the golf course
• Representation of the golf park in the management team of Migros Golf resp. Opposite the Golf Club Oberkirch

Requirements

• Professional and management experience as well as knowledge: in the field of golf
• Completed initial or continuing education: in the commercial or academic sector
• Very good knowledge in dealing with IT tools
• Enjoyment in dealing with people and a well-groomed appearance
• Flexibility in working days and times (regular work on weekends during golf season)
