Main responsibilities
- You take over the personnel and professional leadership of the operating room department, promote an appreciative team culture and strengthen interprofessional cooperation
- They ensure efficient, secure and high-quality processes in the operation area, are responsible for needs-based deployment and resource planning and ensure smooth operation
- You accompany your employees with a modern, solution-oriented leadership, are responsible for the structured training as well as the training, further education and training, and plan and moderate team meetings.
- They ensure compliance with quality, safety and hygiene standards, continuously develop processes, recognize optimization potential and actively participate in interdisciplinary and cross-functional projects as well as change processes. Requirements
- You have several years of professional experience in the field of operations, ideally complemented by leadership experience or experience in a senior position
- You have in-depth knowledge of the surgical processes as well as a strong understanding of quality, patient safety and efficient operational processes and have experience in planning and controlling human resources
- They convince through a high level of social and leadership competence and understand how to promote, motivate and successfully accompany change processes.
