- You will lead the construction management department with eight employees in terms of personnel, finance and expertise and will bear overall responsibility for its successful further development.
- You are responsible for competitions, project planning, tenders and realization of demanding new construction projects as well as total renovations.

- You will lead the construction management department with eight employees in terms of personnel, finance and expertise and will bear overall responsibility for its successful further development.
- You are responsible for competitions, project planning, tenders and realization of demanding new construction projects as well as total renovations.
- You control external planning and execution partners and ensure effective project and contract controlling.
- You ensure legally compliant, economical and transparent public procurement procedures.
- You will continuously develop the standards, processes and instruments in construction management.
- You will develop well-founded project proposals for the City Council and the City Council.
- You are responsible for investment planning and ensure a forward-looking and sustainable management of investments. Requirements
- You have a university degree in architecture, civil engineering or a comparable discipline.
- You bring several years of management and professional experience in the client representation as well as in the management of demanding construction projects.
- You have in-depth knowledge in project planning, tendering and realization of construction projects.
