Tasks

Organisational, technical and personnel management of the field of care and care

Exemplary of the values and management principles of Viva Lucerne as well as the promotion and development of managers and employees as coach and role model

Responsibility for resident management in the company in close cooperation with the central reception responsibility as well as for maintaining a trusting cooperation with residents and relatives

Responsibility for the quality and the technical and strategic development of the field of care and care

Ensuring the economic and needs-based use of human and operational resources and budget responsibility, taking into account quality, safety and interprofessional cooperation

Co-responsibility as a member of the management for the overall management, the strategic development of the operation and the achievement of the company objectives

Completed leadership and/or management training with appropriate leadership experience

Business management understanding and experience in budget and resource management
