- In this role, you will lead 6 Back Office and Housekeeping employees in a professional and personal manner.
- You will manage their financial values and monitor cash flows.
- You have completed vocational training and/or have extensive experience in the commercial sector.
- You are an experienced leader with knowledge of business economics.
Main responsibilities
- In this role, you will lead 6 Back Office and Housekeeping employees in a professional and personal manner.
- You will manage their financial values and monitor cash flows.
- You will work with the management on budgeting and monthly controlling of operating costs, and present these data to the relevant stakeholders.
- Together with your team, you will be responsible for the preparation and smooth execution of inventory and combating inventory discrepancies.
- You will monitor revised processes and ensure they are executed throughout the day.
- You will support the management in administration and business economics.
- You will select and develop your employees.
- Ensuring and coordinating building and personnel safety, and conducting annual evacuations, fall within your area of responsibility.
- You will conduct workplace-specific safety training for our employees.
- You will work on projects with multiple interfaces (branches, headquarters, etc.) and implement them at the Lucerne branch. Requirements
Key requirements
- You have completed vocational training and/or have extensive experience in the commercial sector.
- You are an experienced leader with knowledge of business economics.
- You are a results-oriented person with entrepreneurial thinking and behavior.
- You are a flexible, capable person with strong communication skills.
- You have excellent German language skills, good English language skills, and any other language is an advantage.
