- Planning, controlling and monitoring the infrastructure and properties of the Pfäfers Psychiatry Center is your responsibility.
- You ensure their value-preserving, professional and sustainable maintenance.
- You plan and coordinate maintenance and repair work on buildings, plants and machines and pay attention to a cost-conscious implementation.
- Small to medium-sized construction projects as well as projects and concepts in your area of responsibility are managed and realized independently.
- You take over the administrative management of the properties including contract management, payment control, building management system and CAFM system and ensure the necessary resources in day-to-day business.
- You are responsible for budget and investment planning, the ongoing controlling and the pikett organization in the technical area.
- You ensure safety in the areas of ergonomics, work safety, fire and key management and work closely with users on site, construction companies and specialists.
- As an interface to computer science and management teams, you ensure consistent communication in facility management and implement the decisions of the management.
- You bring several years of professional and managerial experience as well as experience in project management and a strong organizational talent.
