- Professional, organizational and personnel management of the field of clinical chemistry and immunology
- As a member of the institute management, you actively shape the strategic and operational development of the Institute of Laboratory Medicine
- Ensuring high-quality, economical and timely laboratory diagnostics
- Responsibility for the organisation and coordination of 24/7 laboratory operations including personnel deployment and service planning for around 17 BMA
- Ensuring and continuously developing quality management and related quality standards
- Introduction, validation and optimization of new methods, analysis systems and work processes
- Collaboration in operational laboratory operations Profile:
- Degree as biomedical/r analyst/in HF or biomedical/r laboratory diagnostician/in FH
- Several years of professional experience in clinical chemistry and/or immunology
- Leadership experience, corresponding further education or motivation and willingness to assume leadership responsibility Experience in Quality Management
