• Professional and personnel management of our dedicated service team
• Care of demanding properties and active expansion of our portfolio by concluding new service contracts
• Creating efficient resource and route planning, coordinating piketting service and ensuring smooth operation of maintenance, repairs and commissioning
• Calculation of service offers, material procurement as well as budget compliance and billing of service orders
• Ensuring the high quality standards of our services and compliance with occupational safety guidelines

• Successfully completed basic training EFZ with many years of experience
• Many years of experience in the service business of sanitary
• Leadership experience
• High quality awareness, negotiating skills and a strong service orientation
• Reliable and responsible personality with a well-groomed appearance
• Style-confident knowledge of German in word and writing and driving licence Cat. B is mandatory
